McTimoney Chiropractic a Gentle and Effective Treatment for All:

What is Chiropractic, and How Does it Work?

Chiropractic is a method of adjusting the bones of your body to improve the alignment of your skeleton, and through this process help the body to work more efficiently. The purpose of chiropractic care is to realign and rebalance your body to relieve pain and discomfort, and increase mobility. A misalignment of the joints can occur for many reasons; some of the most common are incorrect lifting, car or sporting accidents, falls, stress, and poor posture. This can lead to pain, numbness, pins and needles, or restricted mobility.

Can Chiropractic Help You?

The following conditions can benefit from chiropractic care:

The McTimoney method of chiropractic was developed by the late John McTimoney over 50 years ago and is taught only at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Abingdon, near Oxford. It is well known for being a precise, gentle, whole body approach to chiropractic care.
